After confirmation, we pack and dispatch your order. You receive a standard courier parcel.
Delivered - Pay on Receipt
The courier delivers to your door. Pay by cash or card at that moment. No online payment ever required.

14-Day Returns Policy
If you change your mind, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return. Unopened, undamaged products are eligible for a full refund.
Because food supplement packaging cannot be resealed for hygiene reasons, opened packs cannot be returned. This is a standard legal exception under UK consumer regulations.
To start a return, contact us by email or phone. We will arrange collection or ask you to send the item back. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
