Each capsule contains Vitamin C (300 mg), Vitamin D3 (15 µg), Vitamin E (40 mg), Vitamin B6 (5 mg), Vitamin B12 (100 µg), Magnesium (150 mg), Zinc (10 mg), and Selenium (55 µg). Full details including % NRV are on our Ingredients page.

Take one capsule per day, preferably with a meal and a full glass of water. Do not exceed one capsule per day. If you miss a day, resume the next - do not double up.

Each pack contains 90 capsules - a 90-day supply at the recommended one capsule per day.

The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), which is vegetarian. The product does not intentionally contain gluten or lactose, but it is not produced in an allergen-free facility.

Yes. You can cancel at any point before dispatch, free of charge - simply tell us during the confirmation call or contact us by phone or email. You may also decline the parcel on delivery and it will be returned to us at no cost to you.

Yes. You have 14 calendar days from receipt to return an unopened product. Because food supplement packaging cannot be resold once opened for hygiene reasons, opened packs are not eligible for return. See our Return Policy for the full process.
