At SHABAN ALIEV we aim to make the return process as straightforward as the ordering process. This policy applies to all purchases of Puris Multivitamin Complex.
1. Your Right to Return - 14 Calendar Days
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to inform us that you wish to return it. This right applies to unopened, undamaged products only. Because Puris Multivitamin Complex is a food supplement sold in a sealed capsule format, opened packaging cannot be returned for hygiene and food-safety reasons. This is a lawful exception under UK consumer regulations (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Regulation 28(3)(b)).
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order by:

Please state your name, order details, and the reason for return. We will confirm receipt of your request and provide return instructions within 1-2 working days.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is at the customer's own cost unless the product is defective or was sent in error. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refund Processing
Because orders are paid on delivery (cash or card to the courier), refunds are issued by bank transfer to the account details you provide when initiating the return. Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days of us receiving the returned product in satisfactory condition.
5. Cancelling Before Delivery
You may cancel your order at any point before dispatch, at no cost, by telling us during or after the telephone confirmation call, or by contacting us by phone or email. If the order has already been dispatched, you may decline the parcel on delivery - the order is then treated as cancelled and no payment is due.
6. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately. We will arrange collection and a full replacement or refund at our cost.
